106 , 8v avec boite BE3, probleme senzor

bonjour
mes escuze pour mon gramaire (pas francaise)
Je a une 106 GTI 1.6, 8v avec Boite BE3 (etait pose pour 206,306) pose pour son resistance plu grande, en trend de preparer pour rally
Probleme:
Crank shaft senzor position, pas la meme comme la boite original
Quoi je doit faire pour la conversion ? qui a une fishe tech avec la position sensor du boite originale.
j'ai na pas la boite originale de moteur

is you gearbox suitable to your motor.

the BE gearbox was create at first for "XU" motor


but PEUGEOT create an adaptator part to adapt "BE" gear box to "TU. (for the 106 cup 1.6 16s)
and later for all Peugeot 307 and Peugeot Partner with TU motor : 1.6 16s

if you have to good gearbox. the crankshaft sensor will be at the good position.

the crank shaft sensor is not on the gear box.
the sensor is fixed on the motor and the gear box have a hole around this sensor.

the starter area on BE GEAR BOX for "TU" motors should be at the rear. (so near the inlet manifold)

on the BE GEAR for "XU" motors is at the front of the car. (so near to the exhaust )



i have a BE3 GEAR BOX on my 106 with a 1.6 8s motor . and it was plug and play.

yeea , but is not so simple :pilote:

the car is a "not finished project", I buy it like this ,chep money, big dreams ,lot of problems, I never see it runing :(
some details
the engine is 1.6 ,8v with ecu Magheti Marelli 8P IAW 8P.16 , with BE3 gearbox ("BE3"info take from an peugeot dealer engeneer)
the senzor is a with 3 pins,the electrical instalation was with 2 pins :x I will take the code and a photo

I will make some photos asap

i can't open the first link.

but the second link have just 2 pin.
Then on mine sensor it have 3 pin.

the second like include the fixation to the motor.

How you manage the angle of the wheels (in shape of trapez)
the planetary wheels are too long, I have an adaptation on the articulation, but the angle is too big and it will eat the tyres on interior too much

any ideeas :?

i can modify the length of the triangle (with rod ends)

I have a adaptation of Peugeot 307 hub.
then i can change the angle of wheels.
on original parts the hub and the shock absorber tube is one piece.
on the peugeot sport original part, the shock absorber tube is removed from the hub (destruction of the tube) and a new tube is introduce in the hub with a modified angle.

uf , I buyed 2 Peugeot 307 hubs
but :?
I thougt I will keep these shock absorbers (Bilstein sport), also steering must be modify
can you make me a photo with your hub-shock absorber, is a long term project

je peut relancer ce topic ?
mon petit reste en garage plu de 7 mois du a des probleme mecanique
apres j'ai modifie les "planetary wheels" j'ai eu un sortie en decor a une competition
je trouve pas les remplacant pour ca :cry:
